helping roller stands.

5. Transport and installation
5.1 Transport
If you notice transport damage while
unpacking, notify your supplier
immediately. Do not operate the
machine!
Dispose of the packing in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Clean all rust protected surfaces with
petroleum, diesel oil or a mild
solvent.
Coat all machined surfaces with a
light coat of oil to inhibit rust.
5.2 Installation
Attach the machine to a solid, level
work bench.
Machine location must allow access
to all sides.
5.3 Initial Lubrication
See chapter 8 for lubrication.
6. Machine operation

7. Adjustments

1. Use the spanner wrench to

4. According to the size of the work
piece adjust the gauge stop #31 by

turning knurled nuts #33 to the
proper position. You can also adjust
the gauge seat #30 by loosening the
set screw #32.
5. The work piece can now be
inserted between the rolls. Turn
handle assembly #16 until the rolls
lightly press on the material. Slowly
turn handle #38 while handle
assembly #16 is rotated to give the
desired shape.
8. Maintenance
Lubrication:
The machine must be lubricated
every day of service with a few drops
of oil.
An oil pinhole is located at the end of
the lower shaft and upper shaft.
There art two grease fittings (A, Fig.
3) that need to be greased once a
month.
