The connector should be pushed completely against the connection in the AVILED premium.

5.2.2 Connecting a DALI light management system

1. Push the DALI cable through the second gland in the end cap (Figure 10).
For the DALI connection, use a twin-core cable having an outer diameter of 7-13 mm.
2. Strip the DALI cable to 250 mm.
3. Strip the DALI cable wiring to the correct length (see step 5 of section 5.2.1).
The wiring must have a minimum diameter of 1.5 mm
4. Remove the white DALI connector from the AVILED premium (Figure 11).
5. Connect the DALI cable wiring to the white DALI connector according to the wiring diagram (see Figure
12).
6. Push the white DALI connector back into the AVILED premium (Figure 13).
The connector should be pushed completely against the connection in the AVILED premium.
7. Push the end cap back on the AVILED premium and attach the end cap with two screws. Tighten the
screws with a moment of 1 Nm using a Torx 25 screwdriver (Figure 14).
8. Tighten both glands with a moment of 4 Nm (Figure 15).
5.3 Mounting brackets and installing the fixture
Never install the fixture vertically. This could result in damage to the fixture.
The mounting system must be ordered separately from Agrilight and is not supplied as standard
with the product.
Tip! Use the integral spirit level to adjust the fixture so that it is level.
1. Push the selected mounting into the mounting rails of the fixture (16).
Installation with mounting brackets
2. Fasten the ceiling bracket (Figure 16).
3. Connect the hanger bracket with the ceiling bracket by means of the fastening materials (Figure 17).
Perform this operation with two people. Support the fixture during this operation.
Installation with chains
1. Hook the chains (not supplied) into the eyes of the bracket.
2. Fasten the chains to the ceiling.
3. Attach the fixture to the mounting system.

6 Commissioning

• Switch on the mains voltage to test the operation of the fixture. See chapter 8 if the fixture does not
switch on.
The fixture will start at a 10% light level by default.

7 Maintenance and Maintenance Plan

• The fixture can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
• Clean the glass fixture cap once a month.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
• Do not use caustic cleaning agents or products with bleach.
