  • Seite 6 Einstellen des Geräts auf die größte Stärken möglich ist, dieselbe Blindnietmutter (von spezifizierter Auszugskraft) in Materialien verschiedener Materialstärke einzusetzen. Das Gerät ist unter Teilenr. 74201-12000 in der Grundkonfiguration erhältlich. Zusätzlich sind Ausrüstungssätze für Blindnietmuttern unterschiedlichen Typs und Größe erhältlich. (siehe Auswahltabellen auf Seite 9). In den Tabellen sind auch die Teilenummern für die kompletten Geräte angegeben (Grundgerät plus Ausrüstungssatz).

    I n b e t r i e b n a h m e D r u c k l u f t v e r s o rg u n g Alle Geräte werden durch Druckluft betätigt. Der optimale Druck beträgt 5,5 bar. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Druckreglern und automatischen Kühl-/Filtersystemen an der Hauptluftzufuhr.

    A u s r ü s t u n g e n Es ist wesentlich, vor Betrieb des Geräts das korrekte Mundstück zu installieren. Ist die Teilenummer für das komplette Originalgerät bekannt oder Einzelheiten zu dem Befestigungssytem, das benutzt werden soll, ist es möglich mit Hilfe der Auswahltabellen auf Seite 9 ein komplettes Mundstück zu bestellen.

    Ö l w e c h s e l Das Auffüllen mit Öl ist nach JEDEM Zerlegen des Gerätes und vor der erneuten Inbetriebnahme erforderlich. Es könnte nach längerem Gebrauch erforderlich sein, den vollen Hub wieder einzustellen, da er möglicherweise abgenommen hat und die Niete dann durch eine Betätigung des Auslösers nicht richtig gesetzt werden.
