the app for the first time, click the home interface
and the app will automatically synchronize the time,
date and history of the wristband.
2. Exercise Interface
Need to turn on phone's GPS and
network, then select sport mode
to start. After starting, the wristband
starts recording by default. The App
will synchronize the heart rate
data of wristband, and record the
motion track.
2.1.Jumping Rope

Note:
1).When the multi-exercise mode is on, the
wristband will display the corresponding exercise
icon. You can exit the multi-exercise mode by using
the App or long pressing the touch button of
wristband.
2).Click the icon in the upper right corner to view the
sports history.
3. Device Interface
Device information: Display device name, firmware
version, MAC address.
