DESCRIPTION
The Vehicle Power Adapter is used to
charge the Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) batteries of
the radio. The charger contains circuitry that
monitors the battery temperature and
adjusts the charge voltage to protect against
overcharging and overheating. Frequent
charging will not adversely affect the cycle
life of the battery.

Input voltage range : 10.8 to 33 Vdc
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Vehicle Power Adapter is not to be used
with any other radio accessories except for
the Remote Speaker Microphone.
Attaching the Vehicle Power Adapter :
(Refer to Figure 1 on page 4)
1. Attach the accessory connector to the
bottom end of the radio.
2. Plug the Vehicle Power Adapter into
the cigarette lighter socket of the
vehicle.
