Trouble shooting
1.
Reset ROCKit if the earbuds cannot connect to each other

Reset by shutting off manually. Hold in the button of left earbud
for more than 5 seconds until the LED is flashing red/white. Tap
button 5 times quickly, the red LED flash once and the earbud
power off automatically. Place in the case. Repeat with right side

You can now reconnect ROCKit to your device

If you are experiencing issues with stability or connection try
removing the pairing between your device and ROCKit. Choose
Bluetooth settings on your device and forget ROCKit. Pair again
as described in 'Use ROCKit earphones'

If ROCKit is not playing music but you device shows it should
be you have to manually choose to play from ROCKit in your
mobile device settings. Please refer to the instruction of your
mobile phone or specific app for further information
6.
If ROCKit earbuds do not turn off when placed in the charging
case the case needs to be charged. Please turn off the earbuds
manually by pressing the touch button on one of the earbuds
for 10 seconds and charge your ROCKit case
