Cleaning, maintenance, service and disposal
Cleaning
•
Always unplug the fan before cleaning it.
•
For hygienic reasons, you should clean the particle filter (5.) regularly. While
filtering air particles, it may gather dust. You can clean the filter in the sink
using water.
•
If the fan will not be used for a longer period of time, switch it off and dis-
connect the power cord from the outlet completely.
•
To avoid damaging the plastic, do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or
chemicals.
Maintenance
In general, the VASNER MilliFan does not require any maintenance. The fan
must not be opened by unauthorised persons! If there seems to be a problem,
contact your dealer.
Service and repair
If you notice any defects or damages to your MilliFan, it must be checked and
repaired by a specialist. This may be a qualified electrician or your dealer. Dam-
age or faults arising from unauthorised repairs, as well as modifications to the
fan, misuse, negligence, and improper or inadequate maintenance void the
warranty. Dealers and the manufacturer shall not be liable.
Disposal
The VASNER MilliFan must not be disposed of together with your normal house-
hold waste. Please take the fan to your local recycling centre to dispose of it.
