PUTTING INTO OPERATION:
I.
The product requires a SIM card with mobile Internet and SMS service.
II.
Disable voice mail and notification about missed calls on the SIM cards.
III. Install the SIM cards in the SIM holders.
IV. Check the installation environment for avoiding weak signal and other
problems (strong electromagnetic disturbances, high humidity).
V.
Connect the GSM antennas.
VI. Do the wiring as shown in the wiring diagram.
VII. Connect the device to the power supply (12-30V DC, 400mA).
Attention! Do NOT connect the connector of the GSM antenna directly or
indirectly to the protective ground, because this may damage the device!

    For reporting events of a fire alarm control panel, the appropriate event signaling contact outputs of the fire alarm control panel need to be wired to the contact inputs of the DUALCOM SIA IP, so that an event will trigger an input of the device configured for that event.

    Connection type menu. Connecting via USB − Launch the DUALCOM SIA IP programming software. − Connect the device via a USB A-B cable to the computer. − Select the USB option in the Connection type menu.

    Steps of remote access: − Launch the DUALCOM SIA IP programming software. − Select the TELLMon or the TEX-MVP option in the Connection type menu, depending of which system you are using. − If you have registered the device availabilities in the device register, select the device you wish to connect to in the Module name drop-down menu.
