Operation

Be�ore connecting mincing-machines to electricity supply make sure that
electrical characteristics o� your machine printed on the appliance panel correspond
to those o� your electric circuit.
1. Be�ore using the machine �or the first time remove the head o� the mincing-
machine (6) and �ash all the parts (9–14) very thoroughly.
2. Assemble the mincing-machine in accordance �ith the scheme.
3. Prior to the beginning o� the operation tighten the scre� (4) �ith a rolled
head clock�ise till it stops. Do not use any instruments. Average e��ort is
su�ficient.
4. In order to obtain the best result �e strongly recommend you to remove
all the bones and films �rom the sur�ace o� the meat �hile processing it.

Due to the usage o� the system o� trimming and intermediate lattices, �ith
an additional kni�e, the mincing-machine Küchenbach AE-G22NA has
extended opportunities as �ar as confident operation using harder ra�
materials is concerned.
5. Cut the original product into pieces suitable �or their being processed in
the mincing-machine.
6. Supply it into the processing chamber by means o� the pusher (5), �hich is

7. The mincing-machine Küchenbach is equipped �ith an automatic protection
o� the engine �rom overloading. I� this protection has de-energized the
engine during the operation, �ait �or 10–15 minutes and then push the
Reset button (3), in order to resume electricity supply to the engine.
8. I�, �or instance, due to excessive load, the scre� (14) does not rotate,
immediately trans�er the mincing-machine into the REVERSE regime, s�itch
(2). Let the scre� make a turning back, and then �orth, in order to �ree the
�orking system.
9. In case the protection system operates repeatedly and in the REVERSE
regime, it is necessary to remove the �orking head o� the mincing-machine
and to eliminate the jamming manually.
