Do not immerse the appliance in water for cleaning. Consider the

Unpacking the Appliance

1. Remove the appliance from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials like foils, filling
materials, cable holders, and carton packaging.
3. Check the scope of deliveries for completeness.
4. Check the appliance for possible transport damage
to prevent hazards.
NOTE:
If there are any visible signs of transport damage,
contact your dealer immediately.
Do not operate a damaged appliance!

Application Instructions

Preparation
Before first use, boil fresh water at least three times
in the appliance. Use only clear water without any
additives or ingredients.
NOTE:
When the power plug (8) is inserted into a power
outlet, two beeps can be heard and all pilot lamps in
the buttons light momentarily.
Power Cable
Completely unwind the required power cable from the
bottom of the base unit (7). Please pay attention to the
routing of the power cable (8).
Electric Connection
Check that the mains voltage to be used matches the
voltage of the appliance.
Details can be found on the rating label on the base
unit.
Connected Wattage
The total power consumption of the appliance can
be max. 2200 W. With this connected wattage, a
separate feed protected by a 16 A circuit breaker is
recommended.
