Verschlussteil (144) entfernen.
Head:
remove lock washer (144).
Gruppe B :
Group B :
Bei allen Einstellarbeiten muss das Unter- und Überdruckventil drucklos sein.

Kopf:
Gegenmutter (086) und Druckschraube (085) mit ein Spezialwerkzeug lösen, Feder (416) vollständig entspannen und
entfernen.
Head:
adjusting screw (085) and lock nut (086) using a special tool, remove lock spring (416) completely relax.
Gruppe C :
Group C :
Eintrittskörper (001) abschrauben.
Screw off inlet body (001).
Gruppe D :
Group D :
Komplett Gruppe D nach unten herausziehen; Gewindestift (433) abschrauben; Führungsteller (413) lösen, Feder (415) vollständig
Pull complete Group D out ( pull downwards ); screw off screwed pin (433); loosen guide plate (413), remove lock spring (415) completely
entspannen und entfernen. Hubbegrenzung (079) abheben; Überdruckkegel (403), Kegeldichtung (411) über Spindel (080) nach oben
relax. Lift off lift stopper (079); overpressure disc (403), soft sealing (411) pull upwards over spindle (080). Underpressure disc (404), o-ring
abziehen. Unterdruckkegel (404), O-Ring (071) und Druckstück (061) über Spindel (080) nach oben abziehen; Sprengring (092) abheben;
(071) and pressure piece (061) pull upwards over spindle (080); lift off lock ring (092); remove o-ring (073).
O-Ring (073) entfernen.
Proceed as follows to reassemble:
Bei der Montage ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
Reassembly is conducted in reverse sequence.
Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Pay attention to the adjustment range of the springs.
Auf den Einstellbereich der Feder achten.
Set response pressure using the pressure adjusting screw (085) and lock with the lock nut (086) (using special tools).
Ansprechdruck ist über die Druckschraube (085) einzustellen und durch das Kontern mit der Gegenmutter (086) zu sichern
The underpressure must be set via the spindle (080) and lock with the screwed pin (433).
(Spezialwerkzeug benutzen).
Der Unterdruck ist über die Spindel (080) einzustellen und duch das Kontern mit dem Gewindestift (433) zu sichern.
Miscellaneous:
Sonstiges:
Damaged parts and o-rings must be replaced. Carefully clean sealing surfaces (001 / 404), o-ring grooves.
Beschädigte Teile sowie O-Ringe müssen ersetzt werden. Dichtflächen (001 / 404), O-Ring-Nuten sind sorgfältig zu reinigen.
