DESCRIPTION
The PMLN6612 Vehicle Power Adapter is used to
charge the TETRA Handportable batteries. The
TETRA Handportable contains circuitry that
monitors the battery temperature and adjusts the
charge voltage to protect against overcharging
and overheating. Frequent charging will not
adversely affect the cycle life of the battery.

CHARGING INFORMATION

The charger charges a completely discharged
950 mAh battery, up to 90% of its full capacity
within two and a half hours. For a 1850 mAh
battery, it charges within four and a half hours
when the TETRA Handportable Terminal is turned
OFF. In case of a completely flat battery, the
Vehicular Charger Kit provides charging operation
to the TETRA Handportable Terminal within a
minute of being placed in the Vehicular Power
Adapter.
