Low battery level
The device is
not turned on
The nano
receiver may not
be connected
properly
The device may
not be within
the operational
range
Low battery level
Dust or oil on
the touchpad

Possible solution
Please charge
the device
Make sure the
Power switch
is set to ON
position
Disconnect and
reconnect the
nano receiver
Bring the unit
closer to the
nano receiver
Charge the
device
Clean the
touchpad with
a soft, slightly
damp cloth
