If failures occur during operation, please check the following
table to see if you can solve the problem yourself. All other
repairs are prohi bited and the warranty is void.
Problem

The inserted
batteries are

The inserted

The shear blades
are dirty.
The shear blades
are blunt.
Action
Replace the
batteries by new
batteries of the
same type.
Pay attention to
the marked polarity
when inserting the
batteries.
Insert new
batteries of the
same type into
the battery
compartment.
Replace the
batteries by new
batteries of the
same type.
Clean the shear
blades.
