Unscrew the fuel cap and remove it
by pulling the retaining strap from
inside the fuel tank.

Using a blunt pointed object, push the
fuel pipe grommet into the fuel tank,
then use your long nosed pliers to
withdraw the part through the fuel fill
hole.
