Connectors and cabling

To connect the cables

12V DC connector
•
The power input on your flat screen is marked with DC IN 12V. Please put the 12V connector (4-
pin) into this slot. You will feel a little click if the connection is done correctly. Connect your power
supply with the power outlet.
DVI-D connector
•
The DVI-D cable is transmitting the image data to your flat screen with a up to 24pin connector. In
case you want to use the digital signal output of your graphic card, please use this connector.
VGA connector
•
The VGA cable is transmitting the image data to your flat screen. The cable has two 15pin D-Sub
VGA connectors to connect to your graphic adapter.
- Connect one end of the cable with your flat screen. Take care to connect it correctly and please
use the little screws to make sure the cable will not disconnect.
- Connect the other end of the VGA cable with the graphics adapter in your computer. Please use
the little screws to make sure the cable will not disconnect
- First turn on your flat screen and then turn on your computer.
The LED is blinking until the display receives a VGA signal from the computer
4-pin Mini-DIN-connector for video input (optional)

Please use this connector in order to show TV signals (NTSC / PAL) on your flat screen.
Connecting the Touch Screen (optional)
•
Your flat-screen display is equipped with this additional feature, the resistive type touch Screen
which comes with the required RS232 cable. Connect the serial 9-pin D-sub miniature socket no.
2 of the flat-screen display to the serial 9-pin D-sub miniature plug of the serial cable. The PC port
no. 6 (RS232 interface) is a 9-pin D-sub miniature connector. Connect the other end of no. 3 (9-
pin D-sub miniature socket) to the PC port.
Please note:
For information on installing the touch-screen driver software, please contact your dealer. There
you will receive all information about the driver software, its installation on your PC, proper screen
calibration and implementation of the touch screen functionality.
CAUTION:
When you disconnect the cord/cables, be sure to hold the connector and not the cable itself.
