If the field repair service is called out (also during the guaran-
tee period*), a charge is levied for the fault location procedu-
re (travel expenses plus labour). Material costs are payable
outside the guarantee period.
Rechargeable batteries
Rechargeable batteries are classified as consumables and are
therefore not included under the terms of the guarantee.
Defective batteries are not replaced free of charge. This
applies to leased and purchased telephones.

Cleaning – when necessary
Clean the telephone with a slightly damp cloth or an antista-
tic cloth. Never use a dry cloth. Avoid using other cleaning
and abrasive agents.
* The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from
inappropriate use, normal wear and tear, or intervention
by third parties.
