4 Die Dichtlippen abwickeln und an
einem Ende der Schleifleitung bereit-
legen.
4 Beide Dichtlippen entsprechend dem
vormontierten Muster am Montage-
rutscher vorbereiten. Hierzu Doppel-
lochung ins Dichtlippenprofil einbrin-
gen und das Kopfteil beidseitig
(ca. 20 x 15°) anfasen (G53).
4 Dichtlippe mit den Einziehlaschen
verschrauben.
4 Die montierten Bleche mit der Boh-
rung Ø 12 mm auf die Stehbolzen des
Einziehrutschers setzen (G54).
4 Montagewagen mit den eingespann-
ten Dichtlippen in die Schleifleitung
einsetzen. Hierbei ist darauf zu ach-
ten, dass beide Dichtlippenprofile
korrekt in die Einziehschächte einge-
führt werden (G55).
4 Die Dichtlippe durch langsames und
gleichmäßiges Ziehen des Montage-
rutschers einbringen. Hierzu die
Dichtlippen von einem zweiten Mon-
teur langsam etwas oberhalb der
Dichtlippenschächte zuführen.

Die beiden einzelnen Profile dür-
fen beim Einziehen nicht verdreht
sein. Stark verdrehte Profile vor
dem Einzug von Hand richten.
Beim Einzug auf einwandfreien
Sitz achten. Falls erforderlich, das
Profil wieder zurückziehen und er-
neut einziehen.
Bei Anlagenlängen größer als 40 m die
Stoßverbindung von Teillängen mittels
Verbindungslaschen (2-teilig) wie folgt
herstellen:
4 Enden der zu stoßenden Dichtlippen
sauber und rechtwinkelig abschneiden.
4 Verbinderteil
mit
Laschen von innen durch die Dichtlip-
pen
drücken
(evtl.
spitzen Werkzeug vorstechen).
4 Gegenstück von außen auflegen und
die Laschen umbiegen (G56).
4 Wind off the sealing strips and posi-

4 Prepare both sealing strips at the
assembly

4 Screw the sealing strip to the thread-
ing lugs.
4 Place the mounted metal sheets with
the Ø 12 mm hole onto the stud bolt
of the threading tool (G54).
4 Place the assembly with the fixed-in
sealing strips into the conductor sys-
tems. In doing so, please observe
that both sealing strip profiles are
correctly guided into the pull-in shafts
(G55).
4 Insert the sealing strip by slow and
even pulling of the assembly tool. For
this, have the sealing strips slowly
guided in slightly above the sealing
strip shafts by a second fitter.

The two individual sections must
not be twisted when pulling in.
Highly twisted sections must be
straightened by hand before
pulling in. Check the correct
position when pulling in. If
necessary, pull the section out
again and re-install.
For system lengths of more than 40 m,
make the joint connection of partial
lengths by means of connecting lugs
(2-part) as follows:
4 Neatly off the ends of the sealing
