Assemble nozzle packet
Figure 2, see cover page
 Inser the O ring in the nut of the rotation
arm.
 Place the nozzle on it.
 Slightly fasten the nozzle with the Union
joint.

Note:
The exit jet must be directed parallel to the
rotation arm.
 Adjust the wrench area of the nozzle
(width 10) so that it is parallel to the ro-
tation arm.
 Tighten the Union joint (width 22) using
a wrench.

Floor cleaning

 Connect the steel pipe of the high pres-
sure cleaner to the FR 30 and tighten it
with wrenches (width 24).

Note:
With the accompanying suction hose port a
vacuum cleaner or a drain hose can be
connected.
Dismounting the wheel set (if
necessary)

 Unscrew the steering roller holder from
the device.
 Reattach the screws to the device.
Attaching the suction hose port

 Remove cover.

 Secure the suction hose port with the
accompanying screws and nuts.

Connecting to the high-pressure

 Disconnect angle joint from the device
(spanner size 27).
 Screw on the trigger gun and tighten it.
Water vacuuming

 Secure the hose on the suction hose
port by means of a hose clip.

 Hold the device on the centre strut.
 Hold the device in a way that the hose
points down.
Suction

 Remove cover.

 Connect the suction hose to the suction
hose port.
Note:
Connection bushings are listed on the ac-
cessories sheet at the end of these operat-
ing instructions.

 Hold the device on the centre strut.
 Hold the device in a way that the hose
points down.
 Protect the appliance against frost.
 Oil the steering rollers regularly.
 Do not allow bristles to deform during
storage.
