FANTAST is a combined meat thermometer
and timer. To change modes, push the
button on back to the right for timer
(TIMER) or to the left for meat thermometer
(COOK).
How to use the timer
─ Push the button on back of the timer to
TIMER mode.
─ The display shows minutes (MIN) and
seconds (SEC). To set minutes, press 2
(see picture). To set seconds, press 3.
─ To start and stop the timer: Press 1.
─ To reset the timer: Press and hold 2 and
3 simultaneously.
How to use the meat thermometer
─ Push the button on back of the meat
thermometer to COOK mode.
─ Connect the cord to one side of the meat
thermometer. The cord is heat resistant
up to 250ºC (480ºF).
─ The display shows the temperature
in Celsius or Fahrenheit. To select the
preferred temperature scale, press 1
(see picture).
─ To set the desired temperature, press 2
(for higher temperature) or 3 (for lower
temperature).
─ Insert the probe on the cord into the
food to be cooked. The temperature
of the food is shown to the left on the
display. When the food has reached the
chosen temperature, the thermometer
will beep.
Good to know
─ The timer can be set to max. 99 minutes
and 59 seconds. The meat thermometer
can be set to max. 250ºC (480ºF).
─ The timer can be started even if no time
is selected (press 1). It will then count
upwards without ringing. When it has
counted up to the limit it will start all
over from 0 again.
─ The timer/meat thermometer has a
magnet on back to stick on to a fridge
for example.
─ Operated by one LR03 AAA 1.5 V battery
(not included).
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol
indicates that the item should be disposed
of separately from household waste. The
item should be handed in for recycling
in accordance with local environmental
regulations for waste disposal. By separating
a marked item from household waste, you
will help reduce the volume of waste sent
to incinerators or land-fill and minimize any
potential negative impact on human health
