HRV100 allows you to enjoy the advantages of mechanical ventilation with little interference in building
structure.

Simple installation on a wall without any vent ducts - it may be used as an improvement or in new buildings.

Heat exchange is possible when ventilating one room only. Standard solution is to use extraction fans which
extract hot air outdoors in winter and generate high space heating costs. HRV100 reduces space heating costs
by 1/3.

The device doesn't have to be connected to water drainage system.
One additional advantage is that the device can e ectively replace ine cient gravity ventilation. Heat
exchanger reduces heat loss, making it easier to keep constant room temperature and humidity.
The device has simple design and it's easy to install, which will make for its long and trouble-free operation.

DEVICE ASSEMBLY AND DESIGN (Fig. 4)
Design
1 -supply/extract fan, 2-fan cover, 3-cover xing screw, 4-power supply compartment, 5-fan mounting screw
blind caps, 6-two speed fan pull chain switch, 7-telescoping vent duct for easy adjustment to room wall
thickness, 8-aluminum accumulative heat exchanger, 9-air lter, 11-external vent duct end, 12-screw blind
caps.
Installation
First drill a hole of 110 mm in diameter in a wall (10) with 2-5 deviation from the level falls to the outside of the
room, and make an opening for a 230 V power supply cable at the bottom of the room. Then attach the ending
(11) from the outside and t the openings with blind caps (12). Next, place the telescoping vent duct
components in the opening together with the exchanger. The last step is to prepare the vent for mounting.
Preparation works include: taking o the snapped-in shield (2), driving out the screw (3), taking o the cover
(4) and removing the blind caps (5). Mount the prepared vent (1) in the opening (10) by routing the power
supply cable. After you connect the power supply cable to terminals, mount the cover (4), drive in the screw
(3), t the blind caps (5) and attach the shield (2).
ELECTRICAL WIRING DIAGRAM (Fig. 5)
ATTENTION !!! The connection of power cables should be made with double orreinforced insulation in
accordance with the Low Voltage Directive LVD. The installer is responsible for the proper connection of the
device.
MAINTENANCE
Proper and e ective operation of the recuperator rely mostly on keeping all the components clean.
Maintenance should be performed twice a year and only after disconnecting the fan from power supply.
Clean the propeller, the lter and the heat exchanger with a soft cloth moistened with a detergent solvent.
Wipe them dry.
