Do not place the base, water jug or teapot on or near hot surfaces,
e.g. cooker plates.
, Risk of scalding!
The tea maker is hot during operation and for some time afterwards.
Therefore take hold of the tea maker by the handles only and do not
open the lid until the tea maker is cold.
Use appliance only with lid attached.
Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, basins or other
vessels containing water.
, Risk of suffocation!
Do not let children play with packaging material.
These operating instructions refer to several
models: Model TTA 3000 includes a glass
jug and Model TTA 3010 a porcelain jug.

Important
– Use kettle 2 with original base 1 only.
– Fill the kettle 2 with water only.
Milk or instant products will burn and
damage the appliance.
– Do not operate the kettle 2 without water
or overfill, observe min and max marks.

Note: Water evaporates while it is being kept
warm. Ensure that the water level does not
drop below the min mark.
If required, top up the water.
– Use the kettle 2 with attached teapot 4
or lid 7 only.
– If the kettle is not being used, always
switch off with the switch 8 or unplug.
Before using your appliance
for the first time
Unwind the power cord to the required

length and plug in.
Fill the kettle 2 with clear water, note

max mark.
Attach the lid 7 and place kettle

on the base 1.
Switch on the appliance by pressing

switch 8.
The water is now heated. As soon as the
water boils, the appliance automatically
switches to "keep warm".
Note: The red indicator light is lit during
the boiling process and goes out as soon
as it ends. The green indicator light
is lit during the "keep warm" function only.
Repeat the process twice in order

to clean the kettle.
Rinse the teapot 4 with lid 6 and tea filter 5.

