Improving reception

− Always pull out the telescopic antenna completely and adjust it until the best
reception is achieved.
− Check whether the radio receives the station on a different frequency.
− If necessary, change the location of the device.

Selecting a station manually

1. Pull out the telescopic antenna completely. It is located in a lock on the back of the
radio.
2. Press the RADIO button.
3. Press and hold down the DOWN or UP button until "SCN" appears on the display.
4. Press repeatedly DOWN or UP in 0.1 MHz increments to set the desired frequency.
This manual setting function is active for approx. 5 seconds. As soon as "SCN"
is no longer shown on the display, the function is automatically disabled
again.
Alarm
You can wake up to a radio station or a default alarm sound.
Press and hold down UP or DOWN to speed up the progress of the
displayed values.

Waking up to a radio station
First of all, you have to decide to which radio station you want to wake up.
1. Turn on the device and select the radio station to which you want to wake up.
2. Press and hold down MODE until the frequency flashes a few times and the upper
part of the display shows two speaker symbols.
3. Press RADIO to turn off the device.
