PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A product intended for single use to determine the level of alcohol
in your breath. This product is NOT suitable for medical purposes. Testet after
User instructions:
The test must be carried out at least 15 minutes after the last consumption of alcohol.
You should not smoke immediately before using this alcohol indicator.
1. Remove the safety caps from both ends of the alcohol indicator.
2. Breathe in away from the alcohol indicator and breathe out slowly for at least 10 seconds
into the alcohol indicator. Repeat the process twice. The approximate result will be
displayed after about 2 minutes.
3. Any change of colour of the measuring substance in the middle part of the alcohol indicator
means that the person tested is under the influence of alcohol. (You can make the best
comparison of the colour of the measuring substance with the colour scale in daylight.)
4. The level of alcohol in the breath of the person tested is determined by means of the
difference in colour in the middle part of the alcohol indicator and the colour scale on the
packaging.
Attention! Slight greenish discoloration on the edge of the window is possible as a result of the
properties of the measuring substance. This discoloration will not spread and it has no impact
on the measurement result. When the alcohol indicator is used, dust may escape from the tube.
This is part of the adsorption granulate and poses no risk. It is nevertheless recommended that
you keep this out of your eyes.
Attention! Any change of colour of the measuring substance in the middle part of the alcohol
indicator means that there is alcohol in the person's breath and that the user has consumed
alcohol. The approximate result is determined by means of the colour scale on the packaging.
This alcohol indicator is not calibrated and cannot be used as official proof of consumption
or non-consumption of alcohol. This is only possible by determining the level of alcohol
in the blood. If there is so much as a suspicion of intoxication by alcohol (regardless of the
measurement result with this alcohol indicator), on no account must the person drive
a motor vehicle.
Components: Glass tube, safety caps, measuring substance (silica gel, potassium
dichromate), plastic filter.

Attention! The individual components of the alcohol indicator are hazardous and must not be
swallowed. The measuring substance is poisonous. The glass container may break and cause
cuts. Store out of the reach of children!
Other precautionary measures:
• It is forbidden to remove the substance from the alcohol indicator (hazardous substance)

RISK OF POISONING!

• This alcohol indicator is to be stored out of the reach of children.
• Avoid direct contact of the measuring substance with the eyes and skin.
• Do not swallow or consume the measuring substance. RISK OF POISONING and
CHEMICAL BURNS!
• Avoid breathing the measuring substance in.
• If, however, the alcohol indicator is shattered and/or the measuring substance is spilt,
observe the following points:
• In the event of contact with the eye: Rinse out thoroughly with water with the eyelid wide
open. Consult an ophthalmologist immediately!
• In the event of contact with the skin: Wash off thoroughly with water and rinse off well.
In the event of initial skin reaction (reddening, blistering, allergic reactions, wounds)
consult your G.P. immediately.
• If the substance is swallowed: Drink a large amount of water, make yourself sick.
Consult your doctor immediately.
• If the substance is breathed in: provide fresh air, if necessary consult a doctor.
Storage instructions:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight
2. Store in a cool, dry place (+2°C to +30°C)
3. Keep out of the reach of children
Disposal:
Do not dispose of this product in the household waste when the charger stops working.
