Magnets with defects resulting from the following shall be excluded from the warranty:
• Normal wear and tear
• Overloading
• Improper or negligent use
• Damage
• Non-compliance with the appropriate processes and procedures
• Modifications of/changes to the pewag lifting magnet
• Incompetent use of the magnet and non-compliance with the instructions outlined in the appropriate manual
• Maintenance and/or revision work that was not completed by an authorised pewag dealer
The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental damages or damages resulting from misuse of the lifting magnet
or from violations of these warranty terms and conditions.
