Corrective Action
Inspect cable, replace if damaged.
Replace fuse.
Allow product to cool and try again.

Clean cutting head and remove debris.
Tighten cutting blade nut to 20 Nm, ensuring the
cutting blade, running plate and thrust washer are
mounted centred (always wear protective
gloves).
Loosen cutting blade and mount it centred. Ob-
serve guide rings on the cutting blade to ensure
centred alignment.
Grass too high: Cut in stages.
Grass too dense: Reduce cutting rate per cut.
Flip/replace cutting blade
Check bottom side of product and clear out as ne-
cessary (always wear protective gloves).
Clean cutting head and remove debris.
Lubricate shaft to aid removal.
Reinsert locking pin and apply light pressure
whilst rotating shaft.
Check bottom side of product and clear out as ne-
cessary (always wear protective gloves).
Tighten cutting blade nut to 20 Nm, ensuring the
cutting blade, running plate and thrust washer are
mounted centred (always wear protective gloves)
(see figure E).
Grass too high: Cut in stages.
Grass too dense: Reduce cutting rate per cut.
Clean inside of cutting guard.
Flip/replace cutting blade.
Replenish line.
