Possible Cause
Possible clogging
Battery not fully charged
Battery not inserted (properly)
Grass too long
Motor protector has activated
Battery too hot/cold
Safety key not inserted
correctly/fully
There is a short delay in the
motor starting after engaging
the Safety button switch
Battery not fully charged
Isolator key not inserted
correctly/fully
Battery not inserted (properly)
Battery too hot/cold
Internal wiring of garden product
damaged
Motor protector has activated
Height of cut too low
Cutting blade dull
Possible clogging
Blade fitted upside down
Corrective Action
Remove battery, remove safety
key .
Clear obstructions .
Check underneath the garden
product and clear out as
necessary (always wear
gardening gloves)
Charge Battery
Properly Insert Battery
Increase height of cut and
tilt garden product to reduce
starting load
Allow motor to cool and
increase height of cut
Allow to cool/warm

Hold Safety Button for 1 – 3 s
