Important hint: For the correct supply it is important to ensure that the mattress is selected according to the body
weight of the user in question.
• ThevoRelief 50 up to a body weight of 50 kg (110.2 lbs)
• ThevoRelief 100 from 50 kg (110.2 lbs) up to a body weight of 100 kg (220.4 lbs)
• ThevoRelief 135 from 100 kg (220.4 lbs) up to a body weight of 135 kg (297.6 lbs)
ThevoRelief 100 may also be used in the border zone of patients weighing 50 kg/110.2 lbs (+/- 2 kg / +/- 4.4 lbs).
ThevoRelief 135 may also be used in the border zone of patients weighing 100 kg/220.4 lbs (+/- 2 kg / +/- 4.4 lbs).
Caution: ThevoRelief is not suitable for the prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers. This requires the use of
either ThevoautoActiv or ThevoActiv. We would be pleased to advise you

Warranty conditions

The company Thomashilfen takes full responsibility for the quality of the product supplied. The highest production
standards are used in the selection and processing of materials. All ThevoRelief mattresses are subjected to a thorough
final inspection. Thomashilfen offers you a warranty of 24 months. Please retain all relevant ThevoRelief receipts. The
warranty covers all claims arising from manufacturing or material defects that affect product function. Damage arising
from inappropriate use and natural wear and tear is excluded.
Important hint: ThevoRelief is autoclavable and may be re-used. ThevoRelief should be cleaned and disinfected
using one of the cleaning methods stated on page 7 with every change of user. Servicing by the manufacturer is not
necessary.
