6. Technical properties and functions
■ The pump body as well as all functional parts are made of high-strength materials and
fully tested.
■ The housing is completely made of glass-fiber reinforced, insulated, and shock-resistant
polyamide.
■ The device has a light, compact, and robust design.
■ The system safety valve is configured at approx. 50 kN.
■ The device has a high return volume for faster working cycles.
■ The device is controlled by a microcontroller.
■ The battery charge is monitored continuously.
■ Service management is controlled electronically.
■ Additional LED display for quick info on machine status.
■ It is possible to display the working cycle (working pressure and working time) on a com-
puter using the included software.
■ The traceability of working cycles is ensured by the automatic storage of information in
the internal memory.
■ The stored data can be retrieved and software updates can be carried out using a mini USB
interface.
