A: Make sure your device is fully charged before using it for
the first time. Your device can not be turned on if battery is

A: Check whether your connection between your device and
the headphone is OK. If they are disconnected, please
re-connect them. And adjust the volume to a suitable level.
Q: Cell phone can not find the device's pairing name?
A: Check whether the Bluetooth headphone in pairing
mode(indicator light flashes red and blue rapidly and
alternately). If the Bluetooth headphone has not been paired
for a long time, pairing mode will shut off automatically,
please re-open it If your phone is malfunction, please restart
your phone. If your Bluetooth headphone is malfunction,
please restart it and reset it.
