f the appliance overheats, it turns itself off automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it
cool down for a few minutes. Before turning the appliance on again, check that the air grilles
are not blocked by lint, hair, etc.

R
emove the plug from the power outlet if the appliance is not turned on, even if it is not
being used for a short period.
•
M
ake sure that the appliance is functioning properly: if this is not the case turn the
appliance off and have it checked by a qualified professional.
•
N
ever block the ventilation grilles.
•
D
o not block the openings for the entry and exit of air. If the ventilation becomes
blocked for any reason, the appliance will stop working automatically. The hairdryer will
start working again automatically after a few minutes.
•
T
he air intake grille prevents hair being drawn into it. The grille must be periodically
cleaned in order to maintain the circulation of air – otherwise the smooth operation of the
appliance could, in time, be reduced, and the product become damaged.

A
ttention: To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not insert metal objects into the ventilation
grilles.

ARNING: do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other receptacles
containing water..

hen the appliance is being used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of
water represents a risk even when the hairdryer is turned off. If, in any way, your appliance
falls into the water:

o not put your hand in the water.

ave the appliance checked by a service assistant technician before using it again..

lways make sure that the appliance doesn't get wet, and never use it when your hands
are wet.

o not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun, rain, etc.).

o not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.

o not pull the cord to move the appliance.

f the power cord is damaged, it must be substituted by the manufacturer or by their
service assistance technician, or otherwise by a person of similar qualifications, in order
to prevent any risk..
ATTENTION

After removing the packaging, make sure that the appliance is in good condition;
in case of any doubt do not use it and contact a qualified professional. The packaging
components (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails etc.) must not be left to fall into the
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Bimar s. The
pages must be reproduced and folded in order to obtain a
booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x 210 mm height). When
folding, make sure you keep the good numbering when you
turn the pages of the I/B. Don't change the page numbering.
