IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to
follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating
label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time).
The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLING
Assembling the beaters and hooks
Make sure that the switch (5) is in "0" position, and that the appliance is unplugged.
Insert the beaters/hooks underneath the body of the mixer and rotate them if necessary
until you hear a clicking sound.
The beaters (3) can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks (10),
the hook fitted with a plastic ring has to be placed in the largest of the two openings of
the appliance.
Pull gently at the attachments to check whether the attachments are locked.
To release the attachments, press the eject button (4).
Assembling the hand mixer on the base
Make sure the mixer's speed switch (5) is in "0" position and the appliance is unplugged
from the power supply.
Press the release button of the bracket and put the bracket in oblique position.
Incline the mixer and attach it on the bracket. To do so, insert the two metal pins of the
bracket in the two wholes foreseen in the back of the appliance and press the appliance
against the bracket until you hear a "click".
You can now insert the beaters/hooks underneath the body of the mixer and rotate them
if necessary until you hear a clicking sound.
The beaters (3) can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks (10),
the hook fitted with a plastic ring has to be placed in the largest of the two openings of
the appliance.
Once the hooks or beaters are assembled, put the bowl (2) on the base (1) and rotate it
clockwise until it stops. Pull it upward gently to check whether it is locked.
Press the bracket release button to bring the bracket together with the appliance in
horizontal position in order to immerse the attachments in the bowl.
You can now plug in the appliance. Put the selector switch (6) on the symbol
corresponding to the attachment you are going to use and select a speed. You can also
adjust the bowl rotation speed by turning the speed switch (11). Speed I is most
appropriate for mixing dough, whereas speed II is suitable for sauces and other light
preparations.
To remove the appliance from the bracket, first put the bracket in oblique position. Then
press the appliance release button (8) and incline the appliance upwards to detach it.
SPEED SETTINGS
As soon as the appliance is assembled, select the desired speed setting:

Dry ingredients: butter, potatoes, flour

Liquids, sauces, spices

Dough: cake, biscuits

Desserts (creams)

Egg white, whipped cream
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don't change the page numbering. Keep the
language integrity.
