The massage should be in counter-
clockwise direction
Hold the massager by the handle with one
hand and with the other hold the knob. Mas-
sage slowly and in circles, always in coun-
ter-clockwise direction. When massaging the
whole body, follow this pattern:
1. Feet
2. Legs
3. Posterior
4. Arms
5. Chest
6. Abdomen
7. Neck
8. Back
If somebody can massage you, lie down and
relax your muscles.
The massages should be given with the base
plate. Press firm but gently the surface you wish
to massage
Strong pressure does not produce a
stronger effect, on the contrary, it di-
minishes the result.
According to your needs and the sensitivity of
your skin, you may choose from the four acces-
sories.

Up to 10 massage variations

Do you prefer a stronger or a more mild mas-
sage effect? You may choose between the two
vibration speeds.
• Speed 1 - soft
• Speed 2 - strong
And what about the massage variations?
These can be obtained by using the accesso-
ries. You can also use the massager without any
accessory, just the base plate.
Furthermore you can achieve a more pointed
or a surface-oriented massage by using either
the flat surface or the edge of the base plate.

Start with your right foot

• Accessory: base plate, nylon brush or
smooth rubber pad.
• Massage: 1- 2 minutes each foot.
Start the body massage with your right foot.
At first massage between the two ankles and
then from the heels up to the toes. Now you
can massage your soles.
Massage your feet only while sitting down.
NOTE: Do not step on the massager!
An additional massage from the Achilles'ten-
don to the calf is highly recommended.
Can you feel the results? You may now start
massaging your left foot in the same way.
• Do you have to stand while working?
• Do you have swollen feet and legs?
Regular massage helps in many cases. After a
few massage strokes you will realize how your
tired feet become lighter. The effects of tired-
ness are vanishing like magic.
