If this device will be operated in any way different to the one described in this manual, the product may suffer
damages and the guarantee becomes void. Furthermore, any other operation may lead to dangers like short-
circuit, burns, electric shock, etc.

STARTING OPERATION

Install the device on a plane surface. The cannon must be installed on the stand first.
Use the yellow coupling of the supplied fluid hose (approx. 2 meters long) to connect the output of the pump
with the cannon. Connect the second hose to the input of the pump and insert the other end into the fluid
tank. Use a pincer to open the ventilation plug of the pump and fill in foam fluid during operation until the
hose leading from the fluid tank to the pump is entirely filled up with liquid. This may require a volume of up
to three liters. Now close the ventilation opening. Should the pump run dry, repeat the procedure. At the end
of the procedure, rinse the system with water.
The pump's delivery height is determined by the operating mode (suck or push), the inner diameter of the
hose and the degassing behavior of the fluid. In the supplied configuration and in sucking mode, EUROLITE
FOAM FLUID can be delivered to a maximum height of 6 meters.
Make sure to use high-quality fluids only. We recommend high-quality EUROLITE fluids. Never add
flammable liquids.
If fluid should get into the interior of the device, disconnect from mains immediately and consult a technician.
Caution! Ensure a minimum distance between foam machine and audience of min. 2m. Never direct the
foam output nozzle to the face or the eyes of people.
Installation
Install the device out of the audience area. The installation spot also has to be sufficiently blocked from the
audience. Bear in mind that liquid may be spilt around the device during operation. Keep a minimum
distance of 20 cm around and above the device.
During overhead use in a rack, liquid may drip off and cause slippery surfaces which may lead to accidents.
Only install the machine on scratch resistant and water resistant surfaces.
Please make sure that the inclination angle does not exceed 15°.
This device is only constructed for a standing installation. If the device is to be installed overhead, the
following safety instructions are binding:

Overhead installation requires case-by-case assessment of the risks considering specifications of the
building such as static and definition of usage.
Before taking into operation for the first time, the installation has to be approved by an expert!
