Characteristics
Excellent for easily and quickly grating and slicing foodstuff s. Multi-purpose, with 4 grating drums for making breadcrumbs,
fi nely and coarsely grated and sliced vegetables, for grating vegetables into "julienne" strips, grating fruits, nuts, chocolate,
cheese, etc. Made of specially hardened highly resistant plastic materials; the grating drums are made of high-grade stain-
less steel. With a tamper for safe use, quick and stable attachment to a surface using a highly effi cient vacuum suction knob.

Before fi rst use
Disassemble the multi-purpose drum grater, thoroughly wash all parts under running warm water and wipe them dry
before fi rst and after each subsequent use.
Disassembly and assembly
Remove the tamper (1), unscrew the handle (2) by releasing the handle nut and remove the grating drum from the multi-
purpose drum grater (3). Thoroughly fl ush the body of the multi-purpose drum grater and the other parts under running
water and wipe them dry. Then assemble the multi-purpose drum grater again.
Attachment using the suction knob
Put the multi-purpose drum grater on a clean, smooth and nonporous surface of the kitchen unit, table, etc.
Attach the multi-purpose drum grater to the working surface by moving the suction knob handle (4) forward. If
the suction knob of the multi-purpose drum grater loosens its grip during prolonged grating, check if the surface to
which it is attached is fl at, smooth and clean and attach it again.
Useful hint: For a perfectly fi rm and stable attachment of the multi-purpose drum grater to a surface with porous, un-
even and imperfectly smooth surface (wood, laminated plastics, artifi cial stone, ceramics and other usual surfaces in the
kitchen), contact your retailer and use the separately sold Superadhesive mat HANDY.
Application
Insert the grating drum corresponding to the required type of grating/slicing into the multi-purpose drum grater. Insert ap-
propriately sized food into the feeding funnel, turn the handle clockwise and grate the food into the prepared dish, plate, etc.
If the multi-purpose drum grater is jammed due to a piece of the grated food stuck between the body of the multi-
purpose drum grater and the drum, briefl y turn the handle counter-clockwise and then again clockwise. Repeat this
until the multi-purpose drum grater is unblocked and then continue grating.
Warning! Use exclusively the tamper for pushing materials into the multi-purpose drum grater. To avoid injury, never push
food with your fi ngers!
Maintenance and storage
Disassemble the multi-purpose drum grater after each use, wash all parts using warm water with detergent, fl ush,
wipe dry thoroughly and assemble again.
3-year warranty
A 3-year warranty period applies to this product from the date of purchase.
The warranty never covers defects:
- due to improper use incompatible with the Instructions for Use
- resulting from an impact, fall or mishandling
- due to unauthorised repairs, or alterations, to the product.

Charakteristika
Vynikající pro snadné a rychlé strouhání a plátkování potravin. Univerzální, se 4 bubnovými struhadly pro přípra-
vu strouhanky, jemné i hrubé strouhání a plátkování zeleniny, strouhání zeleniny na nudličky „julienne", strouhání
ovoce, ořechů, čokolády, sýra apod. Vyrobeno ze speciálně tvrzených vysoce odolných plastů, bubnová struhadla
z prvotřídní nerezavějící oceli. Opatřeno pěchovadlem pro bezpečné použití, rychlé a stabilní uchycení na plochu

Před prvním použitím
Před prvním a po každém použití mlýnek na maso rozložte a všechny díly důkladně umyjte pod tekoucí teplou
vodou a osušte.
Rozložení a složení
Vyjměte pěchovadlo (1), uvolněním matice kliky odšroubujte kliku (2) a bubnové struhadlo vyjměte z mlýnku (3). Tělo
mlýnku stejně jako všechny ostatní díly důkladně propláchněte pod tekoucí vodou a osušte. Poté mlýnek sestavte zpět.
Uchycení přísavkou
Mlýnek postavte na vyčištěnou hladkou a neporézní plochu kuchyňské linky, stolu apod.
Posunutím rukojeti přísavky (4) směrem dopředu mlýnek přisajte k pracovní ploše. V případě, že se během delšího
mletí přísavka mlýnku uvolní, zkontrolujte, zda je plocha pro uchycení rovná, hladká, čistá a uchycení zopakujte.
Dobrý tip: Pro dokonale pevné a stabilní uchycení mlýnku na plochu s porézním, nerovným a nedokonale hladkým
povrchem (dřevo, lamino, umělý kámen, keramika a jiné běžné povrchy v kuchyni) používejte samostatně prodáva-
nou Superpřilnavou podložku HANDY, kterou žádejte u svého prodejce.
Použití
Do mlýnku vložte bubnové struhadlo odpovídající požadovanému typu strouhání/plátkování. Potraviny naporcova-
né na přiměřenou velikost vkládejte do pěchovací komory, otáčejte klikou po směru hodinových ručiček a potravinu
nastrouhejte do připravené misky, talíře apod.
V případě zaseknutí mlýnku zbytkem strouhané potraviny mezi tělem mlýnku a bubnovým struhadlem pootočte
klikou mlýnku krátce zpět proti směru hodinových ručiček a poté dopředu po směru hodinových ručiček. Tento po-
stup opakujte, dokud se mlýnek neuvolní a poté pokračujte ve strouhání.
Pozor! K pěchování surovin do mlýnku používejte výhradně pěchovadlo, potraviny nikdy nepěchujte prsty, hrozí
nebezpečí poranění!
Údržba a skladování
Po každém použití mlýnek rozložte, všechny části mlýnku umyjte teplou vodou s přídavkem saponátu, opláchněte,
důkladně osušte a znovu sestavte.

Záruka se zásadně nevztahuje na tyto případy:
- výrobek byl používán v rozporu s Návodem k použití
- závady byly způsobeny úderem, pádem či neodbornou manipulací

funktionstüchtigen Vakuum-Saugfuß zur schnellen und stabilen Befestigung an die Arbeitsfl äche.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
Vor dem ersten und nach jedem Gebrauch die Reibemaschine zerlegen und sämtliche Teile gründlich unter fl ießen-
dem warmem Wasser abspülen und abtrocknen.
Zerlegen und Zusammensetzen
Den Stopfer herausnehmen (1), Handkurbelmutter lösen und Handkurbel abschrauben (2), Reibetrommel heraus-
nehmen (3). Gehäuse der Reibemaschine sowie sämtliche andere Teile gründlich unter fl ießendem warmem Wasser
abspülen und abtrocknen. Dann die Reibemaschine wieder zusammensetzen.
Befestigung mit dem Saugfuß
Reibemaschine an die gereinigte, glatte und porenfreie Arbeitsfl äche des Küchenblocks, des Tisches usw. stellen.
Den Griff des Saugfußes (4) nach vorne drehen, damit wird die Reibemaschine an die Arbeitsfl äche fi xiert. Wird der
Saugfuß der Reibemaschine beim längeren Gebrauch gelöst, bitte überprüfen, ob die Fläche zum Fixieren eben,
glatt und sauber ist, und das Fixieren wiederholen.
Guter Tipp: Um die Reibemaschine perfekt fest und stabil an eine poröse, unebene und nicht vollständig glatter
Oberfl äche (Holz, Laminat, Kunststein, Keramik sowie andere übliche Oberfl ächen in der Küche) zu fi xieren, ist es
die separate Stark haftende Unterlage HANDY zu empfehlen, die beim Ihrem Händler erhältlich ist.
