Wenn Sie die Applikationskarte gut schützen möchten, wird empfohlen diese in
das IT-Sicherheitskonzept zu integrieren und eine externe Firewall einzusetzen.
Aastra lehnt jede Haftung für Schäden ab, die auf mangelhaften Schutz zurückzu-
führen sind.
Bei Auslieferung der Applikationskarte ist die integrierte Windows Firewall aktiviert
und die integrierte Sicherheitssoftware Windows Defender ist deaktiviert.
Wenn Sie Windows Defender aktivieren oder ein anderes Antivirus-Programm ein-
setzen, müssen Sie den Pfad c:\program files\aastra\oip vom Scan exkludieren.
Limited Warranty (Australia only)
The benefits under the Aastra Limited Warranty below are in addition to other
rights and remedies to which you may be entitled under a law in relation to the
products.
In addition to all rights and remedies to which you may be entitled under the Com-
petition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) and any other relevant legisla-
tion, Aastra warrants this product against defects and malfunctions in accordance
with Aastra's authorized, written functional specification relating to such products
during a one (1) year period from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
If there is a defect or malfunction, Aastra shall, at its option, and as the exclusive re-
medy under this limited warranty, either repair or replace the product at no charge,
if returned within the warranty period.
Repair Notice
To the extent that the product contains user-generated data, you should be aware
that repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. Goods presented for repair
may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.
Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. If it is necessary to replace the
product under this limited warranty, it may be replaced with a refurbished product
of the same design and color.
If it should become necessary to repair or replace a defective or malfunctioning
product under this warranty, the provisions of this warranty shall apply to the re-
paired or replaced product until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date of
pick up, or the date of shipment to you, of the repaired or replacement product, or
until the end of the original warranty period, whichever is later. Proof of the original
purchase date is to be provided with all products returned for warranty repairs.
