Sitzhöhenverstellung: Sitz höher stellen: Sitz entlasten, rechten Hebel nach
oben drehen, in der gewünschten Sitzhöhe loslassen; Sitz tiefer stellen: Sitz
belasten, Hebel nach unten drehen, in der gewünschten Position loslassen.
Seat-height adjustment: to raise the seat: take your weight off the seat, turn
the right lever upwards, let go of the lever when the seat is at the desired
height; to lower the seat: put your weight on the seat, turn the lever down-
wards, let go of the lever when the seat is in the desired position.
Sitztiefenverstellung (nur für Ballpoint-Synchron®-Mechanik): linken Hebel
nach oben drehen, festhalten, Sitzfläche in die gewünschte Position bewegen.
Zur Arretierung (5fach möglich) den Hebel wieder loslassen. Automatische
Rückführung in die Grundposition: Sitz entlasten, Hebel nach oben drehen.
Seat-depth adjustment (only for Ballpoint-Synchron® mechanism): turn the left
lever upwards, hold on to it, move the seat sur face into the desired position.
To lock the seat (5 positions possible), let go of the lever again. To return the
seat automatically to its basic position: take your weight off the seat, turn the
lever upwards.
Höhenverstellbare Rückenlehne (Easy-Touch-System, 7 cm): Rückenlehne mit
beiden Händen in die gewünschte Position stufenweise anheben. Zum Herun-
terlassen die Rückenlehne in die oberste Position führen, ganz herunterlassen
und ggf. erneut stufenweise anheben.
Height-adjustable backrest (Easy-Touch-System, 7 cm): using both hands,
raise the backrest step-by-step into the desired position. To lower the back-
rest, raise it to its highest position, lower it completely and then raise it again
step-by-step, if desired.
