Place the Bushing (21) on the axle of handlebar and then place Left Lower Hand Rail (26) on to the
axle and tighten by D-Washer (72), Flat Washer (62), Spring Washer (81) and Allen Bolt(71). Repeat
for the right.
•
Place the PVC Cap (22) on the each of Allen Bolt (71).
•
Place the PVC Cap (33) on the connection between Lower Hand Rail and Pedal Rail.
