RECIPES
Frying meat
•
Cut meat or sausages into small pieces or slices. Rub a little salt onto the meat.
•
Thinly grease the grill plate (1) with suitable cooking oil.
•
Set a high temperature to fry meat.
•
Place the meat on the grill plate (1).
•
Turn the meat with a scraper (10).
•
Remove the meat from the frying surfaces when it has been fried to your taste.
•
Set a lower temperature, if you want to melt cheese in the meantime.
•
Note: Fry small or thin meat pieces only. Do not fry ingredients that might burn easily.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before cleaning, make sure to disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and let it cool
down completely.
During cleaning, do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.
Never hold the appliance under running water.

Clean the appliance after every use to avoid a bulid-up of food residues.

Before storage, always make sure the appliance has already been disconnected from the electrical outlet
and cooled down completely.

Store the appliance in a cool and clean place, preferably in its original package.

How to clean...
•
Soak in a solution of warm water and detergent for about 5 minutes.
•
Remove leftovers from these parts with a damp, soft cloth or paper
towels.
•
Clean with a soft, non-scouring sponge and some mild detergent.
•
Dry the parts thoroughly and use a cloth to rub in some cooking oil.
Caution! Do not use scouring or abrasive detergents and pointed
•
objects for cleaning as these might damage the anti-stick surface.
•
Remove food residues with a soft brush.
•
Wipe with a damp cloth and some mild detergent.
•
Dry thoroughly.
•
To remove the metal frame, pull the two metal stands and then lift the
metal frame up.
•
Soak in a solution of warm water and detergent for about 5 minutes.
•
Rinse with clean water and dry afterwards.
•
To install the metal frame after cleaning, reverse the step above.
