Microwave oven Use instructions
Meat skewers Function : microwave + grill
Preparation: 15 minutes + 1 hour for the marinade
Cooking: 16-19 minutes
Ingredients :
600g of meat (veal, pork, sausage, and diced)
Vegetables (peppers, onions and mushrooms)
1 small chopped onion
For the marinade :
1 small chopped onion
4-5 oil spoon
1 teaspoon of salt
½ spoon of pepper
Garlic, rosemary, sage
Thread the meat on wooden spikes, alternating with vegetables, diced or sliced .
Chop the garlic, rosemary and sage, and put everything into a small container suitable for mi-
crowave oven with oil, salt and pepper.
Warm the marinade covered for 1 minute on medium power.
Pour the marinade over the skewers and let stand for one hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat the turntable for 3 minutes with the Grill.
Place skewers on the turntable.
Grill for 8-10 minutes with the grill, turning and broil again for 4-6 minutes always with the grill.
You can vary the amount of meat and vegetables to suit your tastes.
You can use whole onions, put them in a container that can go in the microwave oven and cook
for a few minutes on medium heat.
