Tips for Treatment and Cleaning
Generally, a duster should be perfect to keep the surface of your fumiture polished. lf possible, use a lint-free
impregnated cloth. Older or non-impregnated cloths will also capture the dust if you slightly damp them with furniture
polish.
How to clean your furniture proper1y:
Generally avoid using aggressive household cleaners, abrasives or dripping wet cloths. For slight soiling, please obseNe
the cleaning tips below.
Plastic surfaces:
Plastic surfaces are most easy to clean. Just wipe them with a damp cloth and some soapy water or common household
cleaner. Only for rather heavy soiling we recommend using specific plastic cleaner.
Wood surfaces or varnished surfaces in general:
A dust cloth will usually be perfect for cleaning wooden or varnished furniture. Remove the dust regularly - if necessary
with slightly damp coth. Wipe in direction of the wood's figure. For rather heavy soiling, dilute mild cleaning agent in
water.
Ensure to always dry the surface after cleaning.
Good to know: wood will darken when being exposed to (sun) light. Fluctuations in the surrounding air's relative
humidity may cause hair-cracking to splices and the surface structure. These processes are normal and do not affect
your fruniture's functionality or lifespan.
