Aligning the device
Align the sensor head with the help of a compass

in such a way that the bevel points southwards.
Without proper alignment, the brightness sensors
do not face the correct cardinal points. The posi-
tion of the brightness sensors viewed from above
is shown in Fig. 3.
In some cases it may be useful to align the device ac-
cording to the prevailing local conditions, e.g. in ac-
cordance with the facades. Geographical peculiari-
ties may equally require another kind of alignment.
Opening the device
Stick a screwdriver into the notch at the bottom of

the terminal box and lever up the upper part of the
box carefully.
Detach the sensor plug from the sensor terminal (5).


Toestel uitrichten
Sensorkop met behulp van een kompas zodanig

uitrichten dat de afgeschuinde zijde naar het zui-
den wijst.
Zonder correcte uitrichting is de juiste toewijzing
van de helderheidssensoren aan de bijbehorende
hemelrichtingen niet gewaarborgd. Afbeelding 3
toont – van bovenaf gezien – de juiste positionering
van de helderheidssensoren.
In bepaalde omstandigheden kan het zinvol zijn het
toestel overeenkomstig de specifieke situatie ter
plaatse uit te richten, bijv. overeenkomstig de gevel-
zijden. Geografische bijzonderheden kunnen even-
eens een andere uitrichting noodzakelijk maken.
Toestel demonteren
Schroevendraaier in de uitsparing op de onderzijde

van de klemmenkast steken en het toestel voor-
zichtig naar boven toe loswippen.
Sensorstekker uit de sensorklem (5) halen.

