Backlight
1. Depress [ LAMP/BACKLIGHT ] for about 1 second to turn this function on/off.
2. To turn on the lamp when it is in standby-mode and with the backlight off,
press [ ALARM ON/OFF-SNOOZE ] once. The lamp will light for 5 seconds.

Nature sounds

1. Press [ MODE ] to start the device. Press several times to shift between various
nature sounds (1–7 or radio mode).
2. Press [ – ] or [ + ] to adjust the volume.
3. Depress and hold [ MODE ] to turn off the nature sounds and return to standby mode.

Setting the clock

1. In standby mode depress [ MODE ] for about 1 second to set the time.
2. Select the 12/24-clock mode by pressing [ – ] or [ + ]. Press [ MODE ] to confirm.
The hour display will start to flash. Set the hour display by pressing [ – ] or [ + ].
Press [ MODE ] to confirm.
3. Repeat the same process to set the minutes display.
Note: The settings mode will shut-off automatically if no selection is made within
20 sec except when the "12/24" display is flashing.
Setting alarm Alarm 1 and/or Alarm 2
1. In standby mode, press [ ALARM 1 ] or [ ALARM 2 ] repeatedly to turn the function
on or off.
2. Press and hold in [ ALARM 1 ] to reach the main menu. The hour display will start
to flash. Release the button.
3. Set the hour display by pressing [ + ] or [ – ]. Confirm using [ ALARM 1 ]. The minutes
display will start to flash. Repeat the same procedure to set the minutes.
4. Use [ + ] or [ – ] to select type of alarm.
Alarm selections
• LAMP (wake to the light). Press [ – ] or [ + ] to set the light intensity from 1 to 18.
Press [ ALARM 1 ] to confirm.
• BUZZ (wake to the alarm buzzer). Press [ – ] or [ + ] to set the light intensity from
0 to 18. Press [ ALARM 1 ] to confirm.
• NATURE (wake to nature sounds). Press [ – ] or [ + ] to select a nature sound.
Press [ ALARM 1 ] to confirm. Press [ – ] or [ + ] to set the light intensity from 0 to 18.
Press [ ALARM 1 ] to confirm.
• RADIO (wake to the radio). Press [ – ] or [ + ] to set the light intensity from 0 to 18.
Press [ ALARM 1 ] to confirm.
