Problem

Possible cause
There is not enough fuel in
the fuel tank
The primer has been not
pressed at cold start
The primer has been not
pressed at warm start
The spark plug is wet
The spark plug is damaged
There is not enough fuel in
the fuel tank
The cutting device is
blocked
The engine speed does not
fit the terrain requirements
The cutting device is not
sharp enough
The cutting device is not
fitted correctly
Cutting height is wrong
The guard is clogged
The cutting device is broken Replace the cutting
Petrol/oil mixture is
incorrect or the wrong oil
has been used

Fault correction

Add fuel
Press the primer and
restart
Dry the spark plug
Dry the spark plug
Replace the spark plug
Add fuel
Remove the blockage
Increase the engine
speed
Replace the cutting
device.
Fit the cutting device
correctly
Adjust the cutting height
Clean the guard
device
Empty out unused fuel
and refill with the correct
ratio fuel/oil mixture
