Cleaning

Switch off the slicer by pressing to "O" position. Unplug the appliance from the
power supply before cleaning.
Wipe the slicer with a lightly moistened cloth. Use detergent as needed. Do not
wash the slicer in a dishwasher. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
Dry all parts well before storing.
Do not clean the appliance with aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not
to damage the surface.
Be very careful with the blades as they are extremely sharp.

Changing the blade

Before changing the blade please disconnect from the power mains.
1. Screw the adjusting knob (5) to "-"direction and turn the carriage
completely back to remove the blade easier.
2. Remove the screw in the middle of the blade with a suitable screwdriver.
3. Take off the screw and the blade carefully.
4. Install the desired blade by fixing in the gear. Turn the blade to the left and
to the right until the gear of the blade fits exactly in the notches.
5. Insert the screw and move it counter clockwise to tighten the screw. Hand-
screwed is enough.
