The system pressure and pressure value used for switching are rel-
evant for pressure switches:
Since a 400-bar pressure switch has a comparable resolution (of 4
bar) as that of a 600-bar pressure switch (of 6 bar), it is possible to
use a pressure switch with a higher pressure range (P
when there is a smaller nominal pressure (for example, of 315 bar).
The advantages for you: the same precision but with improved safety
(higher P overload pressure), and fewer products variants.
