Using the hand-held Turbo-

The hand-held Turbobrush is suitable
for vacuuming car seats and carpets. It
can also be used in the home for stairs
and other areas inaccessible with a
standard Turbobrush.

Always disconnect the vacuum
cleaner from the electrical supply for
cleaning or maintenance work on
the hand-held Turbobrush. Switch off
at the wall socket and remove the
plug.
Removing threads and hairs (illustra-
tion n)
^ Cut any threads or hairs that have
become entangled on the brush roller
with a pair of scissors. Then run the
vacuum cleaner to vacuum up the
bits.
For more obstinate tangles or blocka-
ges inside the hand-held Turbobrush,
the cover can be opened. Any large
particles inside it can then be easily re-
moved.
^ Turn the grip so that the release but-
ton is in the middle of the guide (illu-
stration o - a).
^ Press the release button (illustration
o - b), and pull the grip out from the
hand-held Turbobrush as far as pos-
sible (illustration o - c).
^ Lift the upper part of the casing as far
as it will go (illustration p), and remo-
ve any debris from the inside of the
casing and from the brush roller.
^ Close the casing and push the grip
back into position until it clicks into
place over the release button.
