Warranty conditions

The heating system was produced from high-quality material. All parts have been
inspected and found to be without any defects. The warranty is valid for 24 months
from the date of purchase. Keep all the purchase documents together with the
manual. A proof of purchase will be required when applying warranty claims.
• Claims on the goods are governed by Czech law.
• The warranty covers all defects caused by manufacturing errors or material
defects.
• We recommend that you check its completeness when purchasing the product.
• After purchasing the heating system, we recommend checking the for any
damage to the transport packaging and heating system or other depreciation.
Please inform the dealer immediately if there is any damage.
• If the heating system has any obvious defects that occur immediately after
commissioning and it cannot be used for this reason, then the buyer must claim
the defects to the seller without undue delay.
• When a defect is discovered on individual parts of the heating system, claim only
the defective part.
• The heating system must be installed and operated in accordance with the
instructions in this manual.
The warranty does not apply to:
• Wear resulting from improper installation, improper use, and improper storage.
• A partial loss of colour fastness due to solar radiation.
• Defects caused by mechanical damage.
• Defects caused by the influence of natural forces.
• Defects caused by the use of non-standard chemicals.
• The normal wear and tear of the device corresponding to the nature and time of
its use.
