NOTE: The solar heating system is designed for installation between the filtration
and the water inlet to the pool. The solar heating system must be placed behind
filtration in order to prevent the build-up of dirt in the pipeline.
ATTENTION
Check that ALL hose connections are tight and that the hoses are NOT twisted
or bent at unfavourable angles. If the hoses are leaking, check ALL parts equi-
pped with O-rings and determine whether they are secured and firmly tightened.
DO NOT tighten the hose clamps excessively.

Installation
We recommend that the ends of all threaded collectors and pipe adapters be wra-
pped with a larger amount of Teflon tape.
1. Remove the solar heater system from the box. See. Photo 3 1 = from filtration
system 2 = to the pool
2. Remove the PVC connectors from the inlet and outlet openings. See Photo 4a, 4b
3. Attach the O-ring to the tube adapter (smooth). Connect the connector and the
tube adapter to the outlet and inlet openings and tighten them. See Photo 5a, 5b
4. Block off the return pipe of the pool in order to avoid the loss of water when the
hose is disconnected from the return pipe.
5. Check that the filtration system is turned off so that water does not flow out
when disconnecting the return hose from the return pipe of the pool and connec-
ting it to the solar heating system.
6. Disconnect the flexible hose from the return pipe fitting. See. Photo 6
7. Take the end of the hose that is disconnected from the return pipe of the pool,
and connect it to the hose adapter attached to the heating system. Tighten the
hose clamp with a screwdriver. See. Photo 7
