Safety instructions

This measuring instrument fulfills the applicable standards of
European and national guidelines and has been constructed in
accordance with state of the art technology. Pay close attenti-
on to the instructions and information contained in the opera-
ting instructions in order to ensure safe utilisation.
Devices exhibiting any technical defects or damage must
not be used.
Before conducting each measurement make sure that
there are no electrical wires or other supply lines in the mea-
suring area.
Do not measure by, in or on metallic surfaces and objects.
The protective cap must be attached before and after con-
ducting the measurements. If the device is handled improperly
when measuring, there is a risk of injury from the open mea-
suring points.
The determined measurement results and all conclusions
are exclusively the responsibility of the user. We shall not
assume any liability for damage resulting from improper use
of the device.
If there are any doubts with regard to the operating relia-
bility of the device, it must be returned to the producer for
re-checks.
Risk of injuries! Do not test needles on humans or ani-
mals.
